General Balloon Care
Keep Indoors: Balloons last longer in a cool, controlled indoor environment. Direct sunlight and strong winds can cause them to pop or deflate.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, sharp edges, nails, and pointed decorations to prevent damage.
Maintain the Right Temperature: Heat causes balloons to expand, while cold temperatures can make them shrink. Store balloons in a cool, dry place.
Air-Filled Balloons
Expected Longevity: Air-filled balloons can typically last 2–7 days indoors, depending on the balloon material and surrounding conditions.
Handle with Care: Avoid excessive touching, as oils and friction from your hands can affect the balloon's appearance and durability.
Outdoor Balloon Decorations
Protect from Weather: Direct sunlight, wind, rain, and temperature changes can cause balloons to shrink, deflate, or burst.
Best for Short Events: Outdoor balloon decorations are best suited for events lasting a few hours, as weather conditions can affect their appearance and lifespan.
Images for Reference: The images displayed are indicative only. The actual decoration may vary in shape, colour, design, and material depending on availability.
Decoration Setup: Our balloon decoration expert will arrive at your home at your selected time slot and set up the decoration as shown in the reference images, subject to material availability.
Stool Requirement: Customers must provide a stool or suitable step stool to help the decorator reach the ceiling safely, if required.
Hotel Room Decoration: We can decorate hotel rooms, provided the customer obtains prior permission from the hotel management.
Complaint Policy: Any complaint regarding the decoration service must be reported within 2 hours of the scheduled service completion time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Once the decoration setup has been attempted, cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted.
Returnable & Non-Returnable Items: Customers may keep the balloons and foil balloons used in the decoration. However, neon lights, metal stands, and other costly decorative props are provided on a rental basis and will be collected by our team the following day after the event.
