  4. We may offer reasonable substitutions where a particular item is unavailable. Any material change to the confirmed order will be communicated to the customer.
  5. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking where reasonably necessary, including cases involving unavailability, safety concerns, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.

2. Booking and Payment

  1. Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order or booking a service, including the event date, time, address, contact details, and selected package.
  2. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment and booking details have been received and confirmation has been provided by Birthday House.
  3. Payment terms, including any advance payment or full-payment requirement, will be displayed or communicated before the booking is confirmed.
  4. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and confirming that all selected services and products are correct.
  5. Additional charges may apply for changes to the event location, timing, design, package, or other requirements. Any additional charges will be communicated before they are incurred, where reasonably practicable.
  6. Customers should retain their order confirmation and payment receipt for future reference.

3. Pricing and Product Information

  1. Prices, package inclusions, and service details are displayed or communicated at the time of booking.
  2. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not ordinarily affect an already confirmed booking unless the customer agrees to a change or an adjustment is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  3. Certain decorations and products may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, design, or arrangement due to supplier availability, venue conditions, and practical setup requirements.
  4. Any specific customization, additional item, or service not included in the confirmed package may incur an additional charge.

4. Delivery and Decoration Setup

  1. Customers must provide the correct venue address and ensure that the location is accessible at the scheduled time.
  2. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permission from hotels, residential societies, banquet halls, venues, or other property managers.
  3. Customers should ensure that the setup area is available and suitable for the selected decoration.
  4. Our decorator may wait for up to 30 minutes if the setup is delayed because of the customer's unavailability or access-related issues.
  5. If the setup cannot proceed due to circumstances within the customer's control, the booking may be treated as an attempted service, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
  6. Delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled as reasonably as possible, and we will communicate material delays when practicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  1. Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date booking information.
  2. Ensure that someone is available at the agreed location to coordinate the service, where necessary.
  3. Treat our decorators, delivery personnel, vendors, and other representatives respectfully.
  4. Ensure that guests follow applicable venue rules and safety requirements.
  5. Inform us in advance of relevant venue restrictions, access limitations, or special setup requirements.
  6. Pay any agreed charges for additional services or changes.

Customers must not use our services for unlawful activities or engage in conduct that creates a reasonable risk to the safety of people, property, or service personnel.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Cancellations, refunds, returns, and rescheduling requests are governed by our separate Return, Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy published on our website.

  1. Customers should review that policy before confirming a booking.
  2. Cancellation charges and rescheduling conditions depend on the service type, timing of the request, and terms communicated at the time of booking.
  3. Customized, perishable, or event-specific products may have additional restrictions where disclosed before purchase.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Customer Conduct and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the event venue is reasonably safe for the agreed services. They must inform us of any relevant venue restrictions or hazards that could affect installation or delivery.

Birthday House may pause, modify, or decline a service where continuing would create a reasonable safety risk, violate venue rules, or involve unlawful activity. We will seek an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, website layout, and other original content published by Birthday House are owned by or licensed to IceBreaker Ocean Vision Pvt. Ltd. or the relevant rights holder.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected content without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
