Hotel Room Decoration: We can decorate hotel rooms, provided the customer obtains prior permission from the hotel management.
Complaint Policy: Any complaint regarding the decoration service must be reported within 2 hours of the scheduled service completion time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Once the decoration setup has been attempted, cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted.
Returnable & Non-Returnable Items: Customers may keep the balloons and foil balloons used in the decoration. However, neon lights, metal stands, and other costly decorative props are provided on a rental basis and will be collected by our team the following day after the event.
